Hi! I’m Deidre June—amplifying community through culture, and culture through community.
My career began in licensed consumer products, where I spent over a decade bringing brands to life across fashion, toy, and lifestyle categories. By having worked on the licensee, licensor, and trade sides of the industry, it’s given me a unique and invaluable firsthand experience within global markets and how to build meaningful and purposeful partnerships.
Now, I’m channeling that experience into cultural and community-facing work—projects that prioritize connection, intention, and a sense of place.
At the heart of it all is a belief that culture isn’t just consumed—it’s lived. Whether through products, experiences, or shared spaces, I’m drawn to work that supports identity, belonging, self-expression, and well-being.
Currently, I’m an Event Coordinator for the Office of Exposition Park Management (OEPM), supporting the State of California by facilitating event permitting and parkwide coordination for the beloved and historically significant, Exposition Park—from community programs to large-scale productions. Outside of work, I am a longtime volunteer with Kitten Rescue LA, singer with the Athenas Womens Chorus, and classical pilates enthusiast. I’ve been enjoying a quieter rhythm lately—exploring plants, interiors, and new ways to feel grounded.
